The NIKKO local food with YUBA and seasonal ingredients
Have a taste the subtle flavor of Japanese traditional food that is various taste of YUBA and seasonal ingredients.
Kyoto ones are picked the side of YUBA when they take out from YUBA tub so that it’s flat, however,
NIKKO ones are picked from the middle and make thin layers so that it’s round and volumey.
